I loved that it was in a prime location with lots of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. It was easy to go around and find places to eat because of it. It's also near the subway station where the Ginza line was, we could easily go to Shibuya or Asakusa because of it. I also loved the bed, and that the staff consistently gives us fresh yukatas/pajamas and towels everyday for us to use. Also, no need for us to bring shampoo, conditioner, and soap anymore, as the hotel provides it (the shampoo they have is really nice, my hair was so soft with it!) Lastly, the staff were kind and we appreciate it whole-heartedly! Because of my limited Japanese, I had to ask if it was ok to communicate in English, and they were very accommodating with it. It was easy to communicate with them.

I rated higher than last year as it is exceeded my expectation. The experience is much better than last year. My room this year was on a higher floor (7F) and that made me happy. Because last year I was on the 3F I think and I could hear all the noises (karaoke / people on the streets). As usual it is super convenience and accessible to trains and everything. And it is easier to communicate with staff compared to last year. And I love the free movies/shows to watch on TV. The room tv/monitor is very helpful. I cannot remember if this program exists last year or maybe I didn't explore the TV much that time. So yeah I would definitely stay in this hotel again next time.

I chosed this hotel because of the location. 3 subway lines ! Easy access to all locations in my itinerary. Shibuya,Ginza,Shinjuku,Disneyland...love it! About 1min walk from Akasaka_Mitsuke station. The room is small but I got everything basiccally I need during my stay. The size of the room actually a typical size in Japan, not really something bad to me. Also easy to get food....restaurants & convinient stores around & the well-known department store --Big Camera also there, next to the subway entrance. This hotel is already one of my favourites for the next trip.

I am familiar with the neighbourhood of Akasaka-Mitsuke. The hotel is around the corner from the subway station. Check-in was smooth and effortless. The staff were welcoming, attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. The room is your standard compact single Japanese hotel room. The bed is approximately 120cm wide. The duvet is snuggly and warm. One soft pillow and one firm pillow. The shower/bathtub and Toto toilet for the bathroom facilities were perfect! Thank you so much for the experience!

The hotel is located in Akasaka, which is a busy area in the centre of Tokyo, and is less than 5 minutes walk from the metro station. I honestly didn't interact with staff, apart from when I checked in, but that went fine. The rooms were small, but it's Tokyo so that's not a surprise, and comfortable enough. Nothing spectacular, but exactly what you'd expect from this kind of hotel. It was quiet, though, and I didn't have any issues.
